GREY FOREST HOMES LTD. has been building quality homes throughout the Niagara Region since 1980. Over the years, we have built different styles of homes, including luxury bungalow townhomes condominiums, functional two story townhomes and single family homes, all with our customers needs in mind.

Our homes come with many standard features and we offer a wide selection of upgrades and access to services to make each home a unique living space. We are dedicated to ensuring each customer knows that Grey Forest Homes cares about them throughout the entire process, from the first meeting, during the building process and after you have moved into your new home.
Our under construction communities have open houses every Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. You can still contact Katie Redekopp or Dan Stefels for private showings or other information regarding our communities.
