WELCOME PACKAGE

The following will help you with your new home purchase in a variety of ways.

It is a place to:

•  give you an overview of the process from selections to closing
•  review the list of businesses and representatives available to you
•  record your selections
•  reference information for future use
•  answer questions that we anticipate you may have concerning your new home

Of course, any personal assistance you may require is always available.  The Project Manager can be reached most afternoons at the Grey Forest Homes office, 1 Keefer Road, St. Catharines, Ontario, or you can talk things over with our Customer Service Representative, who would also be pleased to help you.

The selection process is very important in any new home construction.  Your personal touch is what makes the house become a home.  Each area of selection is listed in order of priority, along with the minimal number of days required before occupancy.

All selections and changes need to be finalized no later than 60 days prior to closing to ensure your closing date.  If decisions are not made in a timely fashion a delayed closing or additional costs may result.

Please note:  Any upgrades or changes ordered after the Upgrades Authorization is finalized are subject to a 15% additional charge by the builder.
Upgrades and changes to items, where an allowance is applicable, may be subject to an additional charge at the supplier’s discretion and will be payable directly to the supplier.
